Accelerated Reader is a computer-based program that Tattnall uses to monitor reading practice and progress. It is one of many methods our teachers use to guide their students to books that are at their individual reading levels. Students take short quizzes after reading a book to check for understanding.

Do you need quality, loving care for your Tattnall student in grades K3-5th grade after school?
The After School program is open Monday through Friday, 2:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. during normal school days. Billing will be sent at the end of each month for the days your child has attended. Please refer to your school calendar for any school closings; daycare will not be offered on those days. The program is also opened by reservation for conference days and early dismissals from 11:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

Print your Community Service Form
High School students in grades 9-12 are required to earn at least 20 hours of community service per year, for a total of at least 80 hours to graduate. This must be turned into the High School Guidance Counselor.

Every student must have a yearly physical on file with the Office of Athletics.

Tattnall Square Academy offers a summer program for children entering Pre-K4 through 5th grade.
Lower School
Middle/Upper School
Lower school students (rising 2nd and up) enrolled in Summer Daycare will have the opportunity to go to the Computer Lab to test at least once a week.
ALL Students who are rising 2nd -5th graders may continue to take AR quizzes from home.
*Rising 4th-5th grade students should NOT test over their REQUIRED books until they return to school. This will take place in the classroom with their teachers. However, they are allowed to test over any other books they read for pleasure.
