Accelerated Reader Login

Accelerated Reader is a computer-based program that Tattnall uses to monitor reading practice and progress. It is one of many methods our teachers use to guide their students to books that are at their individual reading levels. Students take short quizzes after reading a book to check for understanding.

After-School Care Registration

Do you need quality, loving care for your Tattnall student in grades K3-5th grade after school?

The After School program is open Monday through Friday, 2:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. during normal school days. Billing will be sent at the end of each month for the days your child has attended. Please refer to your school calendar for any school closings; daycare will not be offered on those days.  The program is also opened by reservation for conference days and early dismissals from 11:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

High School students in grades 9-12 are required to earn at least 20 hours of community service per year, for a total of at least 80 hours to graduate. This must be turned into the High School Guidance Counselor.

As a Google Workspace (formerly GSuite) school, students in grades 4-12 need a device daily that is easily compatible with Google applications. Click the link above to help you make the best possible decision for your needs. 

Dress Code Information

Shop Lands’ End for approved uniform styles and options.  You can also sign up for the Lands’ End e-newsletter to receive sale notices and coupons. Our school code for Lands’ End is 900127457.

BOYS UNIFORMS

  • Lands’ End polo or oxford shirt with Tattnall logo (black, gray, navy, pink, cobalt/royal, maize/gold, chambray blue or white) tucked in at all times.
  • Long or short sleeve t-shirts under uniform shirts (solid royal, navy, white, or gray) with no lettering or printing
  • Khaki or navy pants with basic front and back pockets and belt loops, worn at natural waistline with a belt
  • Khaki or navy shorts with basic front and back pockets and belt loops, worn at natural waistline 
  • Shorts must be fingertip length
  • No Chubbies, 
  • No PFG or other fishing shorts
  • No cargo pants or shorts
  • No elastic cuffs 
  • No denim material
  • No athletic shorts
  • No distressed, ripped, or frayed clothing
  • No clothing with holes

GIRLS UNIFORMS

The Communications Office sends out emails via Veracross during the school year. If you have not received a Veracross email from us, please contact us at communications@tattnall.org and we will get you on the list!

Lunch Menu
Exciting dining service updates are coming soon for the 2024-25 school year for breakfast and lunch in the TSA Cafe. Breakfast is served daily beginning at 7:30 a.m., and menus are posted to make your weekly lunch planning convenient. 
Tattnall is pleased to offer parents the ability to manage their child’s meal account online.
  • Allow parents to log in at any time to make a deposit to their child’s account
  • View lunch account balances

  • Request a detailed report showing purchase history

The Joe B. Hill Media Center is open from 7:45 a.m. to 3:45 p.m. Contact the front office at Tattnall if you have questions regarding AR, book selections, or other media center programs.

Lower school students (rising 2nd and up) enrolled in Summer Daycare will have the opportunity to go to the Computer Lab to test at least once a week.

ALL Students who are rising 2nd -5th graders may continue to take AR quizzes from home.

*Rising 4th-5th grade students should NOT test over their REQUIRED books until they return to school.  This will take place in the classroom with their teachers.  However, they are allowed to test over any other books they read for pleasure.
